Detailed fuse breakdown?

Is there a more detailed breakdown of the fuse assignments? The pamphlet in the fuse box assigns multiple fuses to a single function. For example: there are five fuses listed for the A/C, ranging from five amps to forty amps. I would really like to know what each of them controls...

fuseandrelay.com is an awesome website, but alas doesn't have the detail I was hoping for on the A/C fuses. Some of the entry descriptions are also kinda outside my vernacular - for example, one of the fuse descriptions reads "fan under the sofa", and another reads "stove logic". Hwaa?? Do have to spend more time swimming in car culture to understand what the heck that means?
