I have a Zappi that I currently can’t use due to my main fuse being too low amps and I’m currently waiting for the DNO to come and replace it. My question is with how you can set the car to charge at maximum medium and slow what are the kW it pulls on these settings with a 7.4kWh charger?

iDrive-->Settings-->Charging

Basically the lowest setting is 50% of Max, medium setting is 75% of Max
I assume that James lives in the U.K. because that's where the Zappi is made and sold. AC Level 1 (120V) charging that isn't available in the U.K, so both AC Level 1 and 2 iDrive charge power settings aren't likely to exist on a U.K. i3. For AC Level 2 (208-240V) charging, the U.S. iDrive "Max" charging power setting is 32A while the "Reduced" setting is 16A.

If U.K. i3's have "Max", "Reduced", and "Low" settings, I doubt that they would correspond to U.S. AC Level 1 settings which are based on the maximum charging power of the charging cable:

I do live in the UK and we have Max reduced and low and our home chargers pull around 30-32 amps at home 7.4kWh so basically wondered what it would be. I’ll just have to give it a try and see! 👀

Late reply - but my Zappi 2 has a current clamp on the house's electricity supply. You can then set the Zappi to throttle back its current draw to prevent the house drawing more than a set current from the grid. So - when your house is drawing little else, it charges at full speed. If you've got a lot of appliances running, the charging slows down. Worth checking whether this setting is available to you.
