I have a Zappi that I currently can’t use due to my main fuse being too low amps and I’m currently waiting for the DNO to come and replace it. My question is with how you can set the car to charge at maximum medium and slow what are the kW it pulls on these settings with a 7.4kWh charger?

iDrive-->Settings-->Charging

Basically the lowest setting is 50% of Max, medium setting is 75% of Max
I assume that James lives in the U.K. because that's where the Zappi is made and sold. AC Level 1 (120V) charging that isn't available in the U.K, so both AC Level 1 and 2 iDrive charge power settings aren't likely to exist on a U.K. i3. For AC Level 2 (208-240V) charging, the U.S. iDrive "Max" charging power setting is 32A while the "Reduced" setting is 16A.

If U.K. i3's have "Max", "Reduced", and "Low" settings, I doubt that they would correspond to U.S. AC Level 1 settings which are based on the maximum charging power of the charging cable:
