Where is the charge flap release on my 2014 I3?

I've seen where the charge flap release should be (behind the passenger side back door) but it's not there on my 2014

In the right side rear door opening, bottom rear corner, there is a black foam cover with two small logos showing the charge flap door release and the charge cord lock release pulls. Pull that off and they are underneath.

found it....just covered in dirt
