Ongoing Leasing Money Factor MF for 2016 Model Year i3

Does anyone know the ongoing MF rate for 2016 i3 lease for super elite credit score? My dealer is giving me 0.00177. From what I have seen for 2014 model year the rate was at 0.00125 (attached). Has it been increased? I just want to know if my dealership is telling me truth. I would appreciate your info very much. Thank you!

The base MF was 0.00138 in June, according to a moderator on the Edmunds lease forum.

How much is the money factor discount through work? I only know about the purchase price discount of $1500.

It was 0.00020 in addition to the $1500 off.

There are all sorts of numbers being floated over there, but as far as I can tell- for July, the numbers for a 30 mo./10k mi. lease are .00138 MF, and a 63% residual. And something about a $1,000 "option allowance"? Can someone confirm??

Someone said on the i3 Facebook forum that the residual went up to 68% today on a 2016 30/10k lease. Anyone know if that's true? If so, it lowers the monthly payment by $100 in most cases!
