New Owner Heating Not Working

The heater in my 2019 BEV with 30K worked intermittently before failing altogether. Both the dealer and an independent garage quoted me around $3500 (we live in Northern California so prices may be higher here). I decided to fix it since it keeps the battery pack within optimal operating temperature, thus affecting range.

Wow $3500 is eye watering! The £920 I paid for fixing my heater seemed expensive enough. Good job for keeping your i3 on the road.
