iRemote not updating

Mine says Hello Andrew but shows none of the information directly below the car.

One thing to consider...the app differs somewhat based on the market. For example, in the USA, you can only lock the car via the app...in some other markets, you can both lock and unlock it. So, some of the other details may differ as well. In the USA, if you want to unlock the car, you have to call BMW and have them do it. Probably a liability thing...too many lawyers here!

While I don't have experience with the Apple Watch companion app, I don't understand all of the negative comments on the Connected app in this forum as a whole versus the iRemote app?

The Connected app can absolutely do anything that the iRemote app can do, and much more, I rarely use the iRemote app any longer, what is big draw of this app versus Connected?

How about the most basic i3 stuff, like charge level and time to full charge?

These items are available in the main screen on the Connected app, at least in the iOS version.
