Not found the solution yet. Looking for the older 10,25" screen to test if that one works in 1280 with hu_entrynav2

HU_ENTRYNAV2 > 3005 Display_pip_config > CID_DISPLAY_RES = 1440_54
HU_ENTRYNAV2 > 3005 Display_pip_config > CID_DISPLAY_SIZE = 10_25
HU_ENTRYNAV2 > 3005 Display_pip_config > CID_DISPLAY_RES = 1280_480.
All combinations gives "No Signal"
HU_ENTRYNAV2 > 3005 Display_pip_config > CID_DISPLAY_RES = 1440_54

I think that is a typo since the resolution is 1440x540, not 1440x54.
Note: Starting 11/2017 they switched to a new model display: 6550-6842991 made by Kyocera.

Such a huge difference, I have owned my i3 for about a month now and couldn’t stand the small screen. I couldn’t stand the huge bezels on the 6.5” it drove me insane lol
Not only is it more aesthetically pleasing but the wider screen allows it to be more useful with all the options on the idrive. This will be especially true once I install CarPlay.

Just curious: What method do you plan to use to install Carplay?
