A/C doent cool

My i3 a/c doesn’t cool. The compressor sound, the live data are compressor at 55% rpm, shutdowns valve are open, all temp sensor are working,expansion valve are at 100% but the high and low pressure are the same about 80psi on both line. What can be check. I will appreciate any help on how the a/c work.

Not an expert, but if the compressor runs, but does not create compression while the other parts in the system look allright, it might be defective. I think only an A/C mechanic may be able to help if no clear error code is visible.
