Washer fluid tank, filter, pipe clps

Hi
My 2016 94amp rex has had a problem with the windscreen washer filter blocking up. It's done this three times in six months. The last time today of needing cleaning out I lost the clip off the pipe. Anyone know how to stop this gunge and where I can get a new clip?

Have a look on Speak EV’s forum where I’ve noted several comments on them blocking and the need to use the correct fluid.
