I was a fan of the *tube-cement-type* plug kits for many years (except for the tendency of the cement to dry out while you're not using them). Perhaps to address that, Slime more recently started selling a version that uses (of course) Slime as the lube/glue that you slather on the fiber plug. But you should have seen my jaw drop when I saw how mine performed, seconds after installation, and thereon - until I found someone who would put an inside patch on the tire.
Did the slime eventually seal the puncture or did it continue blowing "Tiny Bubbles" (Don Ho)? 😀

"...in the Slime...."

I had to re-inflate the tire daily while awaiting an inside-patch APPOINTMENT.

And yes, complainer/consumer-advocate that I am, Slime heard all about this, and...sent me some more plugs in a sort of bulk-pack. "Yeah, thanks, guys." Seems like their plugging method had never been TESTED, to me, though I suppose it must have worked for some people...? 'Twas like a thousand tiny drinking-straws passed through the hole and were expected to miraculously plug it because the surfaces had been coated with Slime.
