If I wanted to put a 4 channel DSP in line, what would be the best way to give it full signal while maintaining fader control? I would think if I just feed it the signals for the front and rear speakers I'd lose bass input to the DSP, no?

Wanting to add 2 speakers to the rear doors. I have the standard stereo, I.e. non HK.

Does the stock amp have rear speaker high level outputs, but maybe not wired?

If so, the amp might auto-detect these 4 new wires and and also enable front/rear fader control ?
From my reading (I have not done it yet), the wires exist from the radio to the doors and the coding needs to be changed to activate them.

That would be really cool! I don't need a HK upgrade, I just want to have two rear speakers because my kids are always saying "radio louder, dad!" :)

Has anyone successfully tried to connect the rear speakers, and probably also tried to code the head unit in order to see the "fader" in the menu?
