Aim for 15%-20% off MSRP before the $7,500 credit.

You've omitted the model year, selling price and money factor in the lease calculation, so it's difficult to judge your deal. The 2015s, at 10k/year, have a residual this month of 64%. May is an excellent time to take delivery of a stale 2015.

Seems like very average. I see BMW of Riverside has listed on their web site 2016 Rex at $289 a month for 36 months with $999 drive off. They don't list selling price or MSRP so I don't know how those are configured. But when you account for the different lease terms and subtract the $2500 State rebate the 30 month cost of the Riverside offer is $7949 (assuming 9% sales tax). That is the no negotiation, no MSD option that a motivated dealer should be willing to beat and it is more than $1000 less than your deal.

But remember- not sure what equipment is on that one so you may have a more expensive car which would explain some of that!

Also don't put anything down on a lease other than the 7 MSDs. Pay your fees up front but don't put anything else down.

If you can get 15% off as the previous poster is suggesting before the $7,500 credit then your purchase prices should be $43,520. If you do max MSDs and pay all fees up front your cash due at drive off is around $3,746 and your monthly payment pre-tax should be $161.00. In that scenario your 30 month cost to own would be $7,396 or roughly $2K less than what you have on the table right now.

Seems below average, I leased a REX with much lower price, I wanted a BEV, but can't find one.
Who knows, BEV is so rare, maybe it has more value than Rex.

For a 2016, this is a common price. If it is a 2015, then you could aim for under half of that.
