Remove Rear Door outer panel

I'm trying to remove the rear door panel (not the whole door), and understand that I first need to disassemble the inside door panels to get to the fasteners holding the outer skin. For the life of me, I cannot find information on how to remove the inner panels. Does anyone in this forum have this expertise that they can share with me.? I've spend too much time trying to figure this out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
