No there is a difference 43 front, 53 rear (5.5 wheel).
Starting with the 5.0, think of the 5.5 as gaining 6mm on each side, but then moving that inside lip 10mm closer to the suspension when factoring in the increases offset. That's a loss of 16mm of clearance.
Because that's the stock setup, you know there'll be no problems there if you're installing a 175 on a 5.0 in the rear.
