The original PDF did not have pages 1-13 and I don’t think they have anything important on them - unless someone with a hard copy can tell us otherwise.

Page 14 item 3 Radio/Multimedia in the handbook refers to - Integrated Owner’s Handbook. More info is on page 26 but nothing of substance!
