Anyone know if there are material differences between the UK and US versions?

There are differences in standard and optional equipment and the obvious driving position, but other than that, for the BEV, they're nearly identical. There are control differences on the REx between there and here though, and that is a big bone of contention for some.

I visited the dealer yesterday and they mentioned that a new manual was available for me and a new software update.
