Hi all,
This is my first time posting on a forum (). I have a 2015 i3 that has a problem with the REX. If the car goes on the REX for power, then after a little while a software bug (I think it at least has to do with software) will make the REX unavailable. Restarting the car helps sometimes, but the issue will eventually manifest again (which leads me to think that the REX is fully functional and it's more related to software.)
What could this be? Maybe a flaky sensor? I've already tried taking it in to the dealer, but the issue wasn't apparent on their diagnostics test, so it's harder to fix through a mechanic.
I've attached screenshots of some OBD2 readings that could be related (I wouldn't know), as well as a picture of the error message the car gives me. The link is at the bottom (can't figure out how to insert images into forum posts).
Thanks in advance for any help!
