Ista reports The connected vehicle has unknown data status

Hi folks,

Can someone tell me what this means exactly. Ive had a used EME fitted and left functional but Im trying to straighten out its firmware so ista will be happy with it.

Can anyone go into the BDC and call up the ECU next time your using ista please. With the key in the car and see if you values are the same as mine please. My data fills in if I put the fob to the cowl but just sat in the cab as normal this is what ista reports back.

It states battery ok 'communication without user login'

Does yours fill that in?

Further down 7 digit part number is 0.0, does yours fill that in?

If someone could help me out it would be much appreciated, this is driving me crazy.
