Fault code 21F13D

Hi All,

The maintenance records for a 2016 that I am considering buying has the following line in the Fault Codes section under the shown subtitles:

Code: 21F13D SIB Number: B61 20 16 Measures title: POWER LOSS AT VERY LOW SOC OF HV BATTERY
Please check the relevance of the fault memory entries and Service Information Bulletins for this vehicle in ISTA.
------

The car has undergone an inspection and is claimed by the selling BMW dealer to be in good condition. I am wondering if the above is a benign glitch that others have run into or points to something that I should be concerned about.

It is normal to have less power at very low state of charge. This will be indicated with less power bars lit up on the dashboard. It is sufficiently charged now? Perhaps this message is telling you about something the car remembers, and not of a current ongoing issue.

If a problem is transient, eventually, it clears on its own. Can't say on that one.
