Do 20" All Season or Winter Tires Exist? 2016 REX

We have been experiencing a warm winter in Western Canada, and I want to drive my car. I have the Bridgestone Ecopia EP500 on.
Is this a summer tire? Still safe to drive on cold wet highways? Daytime temperature around 8 - 10C.

Do they make a winter or all weather tire for 20" wheels?

The EP500 is a summer tire, and it's not recommended to use it when the temperature drops below 40F or about 4C. The rubber becomes harder as it gets colder, and you could literally cause it to crack if it gets really cold and it gets stressed. Plus, it will have nearly zero traction on snow or ice when it's cold.

I do not know of any all-season or winter tires made in the size that would fit on the 20" wheels. You have some choices for winter tires on the 19" size, and the EP600 OEM all-season tire.
