Discovered the lever that operates the vent blades is disconnected from the vanes. This is the vent just below the temp knob. Easy fix to snap the lever back on but need to get access. No visible fasteners. Anyone take this apart before ? Pretty sure it is snap fit but need to know where to pry or push. Could not find a good pic on realoem.

Similar situation here. One of the kids stuck his finger in the centre vent and broke one of the blades. Is it a simple fix?

Yes, I forgot to update this. It is quite easy. The entire vent and button assembly comes out as a unit. I used a plastic trim removal tool and started at the bottom all the way across, step by step. Once u have a gap, slow and stead pressure will release the entire thing. It is retained only by push in clips, nothing else to undo except the single plug connector. The vanes themselves are held in sync by a tiny snap fit rod that goes across the top of each vane. Really cheap and not robust in any way. None of my parts were broken, hopefully yours is the same
