BMW Connecteddrive

I have had the car 3 days now but cannot log my car in to BMW Connected drive to add the vehicle to use the remote app. Bmw said it takes a few days for the dealer to register my car. Is this correct and how long should I wait before I call BMW again?

Hi there and welcome to the forum.

I would contact the dealership again and chase the Connected Drive registration. I was told that it would take 3-5 days (delivery of my car was on a Sunday), but after less than 24h I had a text message from BMW i confirming the registration.

All sorted the dealer wrote the wrong VIN in my log book!!

Logged in and now using remote app as well
