Sparky, see if you can get Manager at dealership to put in a call to VPC. Not sure if it'll get you there, but when my salesperson got this done on my behalf, things started moving same day.
If for some reason (dealer messup, mostly) the vehicle isn't listed as having been sold verses for dealer stock, the priority is different, and it tends to take longer than if it is marked as sold.
