Hi All, just checking whether anyone had experience with this, perhaps can help me to clear this. It came up after replacing the EME unit (with control board swap) to attempt to solve the no AC charging issue. After replacement, AC charging issue solved, initiated AC charging several times, with no fault codes. By the time I finished to assemble drive shaft, wheel arch liner bumper etc and filled up the system with coolant the car came up with the dared drive train error and charging is not possible message. Obviously the high voltage battery relay is not starting...
I would much appreciate any suggestion, as I'm running out of ideas.
The car is a 2014 Rex, 12V battery is approximately one year old. Before replacing the EME, I had DC charging and the rex also been able to maintain the HV battery SOC. The HV battery is sitting on 60% charge at the moment.

From the fault code lookups, it seems you might want to check the HV connections between the EME and HV battery, perhaps for looseness or corrosion. I should probably add that you do so safely.
Hi, thanks for the bump, I had an unsecured HV cable between the EME and KLE. This is the hard to get to place, and hardly accessible, so took me awhile to get the bottom of it. The car drives, charges fine, and no issue with it ever since.
