Just noticed my 2015 BMW i3 has a firmware update available on BMW's website:
https://www.bmw.com/update
Looks like it's from December 2018
The list of changes shows: "Improves ConnectedDrive Services."
I'm a little concerned about losing my lifetime maps updates
Interestingly, for the geeks out there... extracting the update archive on my computer shows the BMW i3 is running Linux on ARM:
$ file ./media/bin/bullet
./media/bin/bullet: ELF 32-bit LSB executable, ARM, EABI5 version 1 (SYSV), dynamically linked, interpreter /lib/ld-linux.so.3, for GNU/Linux 3.1.10, BuildID[sha1]=a33daa264acf14e7bb4b47666e207ff60496d497, stripped
