wow! that sounds way better than the quotes i have been getting. I am trying to get the same deal (24 mo/15k/no money down) and every thing i have received has been in the 600 range.

Here is what my local dealer sent...

MSRP: 47,025
Discount: 3,000
Taxes: 2,114.89
doc: 499
title: 16.50
Lease Rebate: 4875

609.18 with 3,000 down.

Working on a lease deal and the dealer is doing all they can and has been great.

24 month lease in Virginia
15,000 miles per year ( I drive a lot and this is expensive)pushes down the residual
No money down nothing due at purchase but the 1st payment all taxes and fees rolled in
Car is a mega world Rex base $47,050 msrp
There are lots of these cars about!
$463 per month x24 = $11,112 keep in mind I need 15 k per year to avoid charges
The 10k per year is $400
12k per year seem hing like $435

My goal was $400 per month at 15k but I can't get there, heck other dealers are quoting me $650 per month
What does everyone think?

What is the selling price of the car (after dealer discounts but before the $5500 lease credit)? What fees are they adding on?

Why a lease vs Owner's Choice or Owner's Choice with Flex? You're potentially giving up $2K in savings up front by leasing.

I did Owner's Choice as a VA resident with no problem. Well other than the problem that the dealer is charging more interest through BMWNA than is published online. Fight for 2.99% if you have great credit. I was an idiot and the 3.99% didn't register until the morning after. Now I'm stuck paying 3.99% on the full price of the car, though I'm planning to return it at the end of 24 months. At least I will get the full tax credit!

Our payments are around $200/month but we had a pretty substantial trade in. I thought it would be 10k miles/year for 2 years but I think the finance guy screwed up because our contract says 12k. OK by me!

Keep in mind that with lease every dollar added to price jacks up your monthly rate considerably. E.g. the 499 doc fee is effectively $20.79/month. Most dealers around here charge 99-199 doc fee, that would lower your monthly rate by ~$15 right there. Also with lease your residuals are big factor, check if they are using correct numbers etc...

Turns out the finance guy really screwed up - not only did he give us 12k miles instead of 10k, but signed the paperwork that any miles over 12k/year would be at a cost of 0 cents per mile. ZERO!
