Sport suspension and seats

Like almost every other BMW has as an option, I would find the i3 more appealing with properly bolstered sport seats and suspension for relatively neutral and entertaining handling. Perhaps more sporting tires as an option also.
 
You might be pleasantly surprised, did you read the recent write up about the i3 at Monticello Raceway ?

I agree with your comments about the seats, a bit more bolstering would have been good.

Interesting review; I wish the author had let the driver give her own professional description of the i3's handling.

Add to my suggestion - allow the driver to turn off stability control via the computer screen or a button.
 
Some light weight Recaros could be offered as options - like Audi Quattro TT Sport Pole Positions:

Or to allow better rear egress the Sportster CS seats which can also be optioned with side airbags.
