Still how it can charge and increase the % of the Hv battery for 29 sec before stop …it shouldn’t charge at all…

So if In understand well if I change the Eme and keep my original motherboard it should resolve the probleme of charging with the 110v/220v and don’t need any programming ?
You need to do diagnosis with ISTA. Otherwise you're just throwing parts at it and crossing your fingers.

It charges because there's a charge board in the kle as well. If you look at the picture I posted there's a line that says the input voltage of the eme must match the input voltage of the kle. It seems that if that condition is not met within 30 seconds, it stops the charger. Why bmw chose 30 seconds is anyones guess.
