Hi. I just bought a 2016 I3 for my daughter for a surprise birthday present (No worries she still has to pay for some if it ha ha). Anyway, had it a month and all seemed fine. Runs great, in great shape. BUT, the last week it is throwing "Restraint malfunction error. Continue ro wear seat belt and Call for service." Has anyone seen this before? So stressfull bc we paid a little more than wanted for her car so she would have something safe and something to save her money in gas. We only live 7 miles from school. We have never had an electric car before. My husband can work on ICE but concerned about knowledge for this car. What I have read is it might be wiring harness? Does that sound right to anyone? Thank you in advance!!
