Pricing on an i3 (and options)

I am seriously contemplating getting an i3 to use in SF.

I will look for an orange giga interior without the Rex. (I will have an ice car).
I don't think I will get the DC as there is only one charger around here and it's really a city and sub 25 mile away car.

All the dealers have many cars on their lots.

What's the best price I should go for?

I will probably only keep it two years. Does a lease make more sense? Having never leased a car before what would I ask for?

And is the giga interior, which I prefer, susceptible to straining from jeans?

I looked at a Tesla but too big for the city.

There's a $2K factory incentive on the i3 in the USA, officially set to end the end of October. Most people can get a fair amount from the dealer if they have some sitting, especially if it nears the end of the month and they are hungry for quota.
