Part of my VIN is unreadable

It appears that some glue or other material has dripped down covering half of my VIN thus making it unreadable through the windshield. Has anyone else had this problem?

No, at least not that I am aware of. I purchased this car new.

VIN is also on a sticker on the life module frame left driver's door hinge side and also under Pax seat.

Having that visible is a requirement for inspection in most places...while the number is stamped numerous places throughout the car, that one in particular is designed to be easily viewed. BMW may not like it, but sounds like a warranty issue to me.
