Hi guys,

I have a weird problem. My parking aid lines are not aligned properly. Is there any way to calibrate them? My dealer is 500km away so it's hard for me to take the car there for inspection.

Please take a look at the pic I've made to see what's going on.

Regards,
Sergey.

The red line, if I remember correctly, shows where you COULD go, but the green lines show where you WILL go if you don't turn the wheel. While they can be calibrated, without knowing more, can't say if it needs it.

Sure looks like it needs aligning.

Is it possible the rear camera is out of alignment? Has there been a bump at the rear?

If you turn the steering wheel to it's max, the red and green lines should align, and represent the actual path. Green=current path, red=possible path. Otherwise, the two do not align. If those do not represent actual, then it needs tweaking. Don't think that's something easily done without the proper test equipment and tools.

I don't think the OP is complaining about the relationship between the green and read lines but the fact that these lines ascend into the air rather than being planted on the driving surface.

Hmm, maybe his car is parked with the front pointing down a steep hill.

Camera itself is aligned properly. No bump at the rear. Also, it was working fine for a couple weeks.

Parked normally.
