Paint bonnet

Anyone with gray, silver or white that have painted the bonnet in the same color as the car?
I have seen some Orange i3's with that.

I disagree. The original black takes advantage of an optical illusion that visually elongates the short hood. Making it the body color emphasizes the short length. I'd say the BMW design team knew what they were doing.
