Is there an OAT gage that can be seen when driving? The manual says you can see when switching off, but I cannot find any other reference in the book.
In my car you get it not from the left stalk but rather from the little button on the left side of the instrument panel screen. Pushing that button repeatedly cycles you through a number of different options of what gets displayed while driving -- and one of those options shows the outside temperature.Chrisn said:It's one of the modes selectable with the tip of the left stalk (I think called the "BC" button). It cycles through various efficiency stats and one of the modes is temp.

Only when drive readiness is switched off. When switched on that button becomes the trip odometer reset. Chrisn is correct in that you can get OAT displayed in the instrument cluster while operating readiness is switched on by cycling the BC button on the end of the turn signal stalk.tiburonh said:In my car you get it not from the left stalk but rather from the little button on the left side of the instrument panel screen. That's odd because it's also available on my car from the tip of the left stalk. Each press cycles through outside temp, average mi/kWh, instantaneous mi/kWh, and nothing (which is where I usually leave it to declutter the display).tiburonh said:In my car you get it not from the left stalk but rather from the little button on the left side of the instrument panel screen.
