Just leased a Mega BEV for $0 down and $250/month including sales tax. Acquisition fee rolled in and first month payment and doc fee waived. Paid $98 and drove off. Very pleased so far, think I got an excellent deal but have to wonder how dealer will sell 5 other 2014s on the lot. Total dealer discount of $8k on a $43,175 MSRP.

That's a great deal! Congrats! Where did you get this deal? Any options on your BEV? What were your lease specifics?

This is an awesome deal! It beats the deal I got about a month ago for the same car, which wasn't bad at all, by more than a $1000. Congratulations!

do they have any REX with that good of a deal? :D

They only have one BEV left rest are REX. Initially I wanted a more loaded BEV (Giga + Tech) but the discount in relative terms was not as great, and the payment for $5k more car was nearly $100 more each month. The eucalyptus wood looks really sleek and while I find the Mega fairly barbaric it's not worth the extra money. Guess it's a function of the numbers and I told them a more expensive car they should have more mark up and be more able to discount. Guess the option packages depreciate more than the car itself? I assume it's all a function of the 63% residual factor (just increases MSRP and is also a function of the same factor) and all the numbers checked even consulted a 30 year veteran salesman out of state who thought this was a good deal.

At anyrate happy with the car, coming from a Nissan LEAF deal I got in 01/2013 and paid $148/mo ($0 down, 24 months, 12k year, no doc fee, no first payment) this is a bit more but this is abut more but still very cheap. The LEAF residual on my deal was roughly $21k and they are now selling at the auctions for $10-12k so NMAC is taking a huge bath but I think the residuals have been adjusted downward significantly since then. Called my Nissan salesman (who remembered me and my deal) and basically said the best he could do was about what the i3 went for now. Could have extended Nissan lease at same payment but this is a third car and wanted something new and different. First BMW and German car for me always stuck to Lexus HS/Infiniti G37/Nissan LEAF SV in the past.
