level 1 charger flashing red

My level one charger is flashing red. The outlet it plugs into checks out, does anyone have an idea what's going on?

The car charges fine on a DC fast charger

Not sure how you know the outlet it plugs into "checks out". Has it worked there in the past?
Possibly a dodgy outlet that the charger does not like now for some reason. It happens. Try it in a different outlet someplace?
Otherwise sounds like the L1 charger is bad. They can go bad. You could verify by plugging in a different L1 or L2 charger to help isolate the issue to the L1 charger or to the car.

I used an electricians outlet checker. It has always worked in the past. I will swap out charging cables ans see if that does it
