Hi everyone,
I'm seriously considering leasing the i3 for 24 months. I'm in the United States in Virginia close to Washington, D.C.
The best offer I got was an i3 with the Giga World trim, Technology Package, Parking Assistant Package, Heated Front Seats, DC SAE Fast Charger, and the Harman/Kardon audio system... MSRP of $49,900 and they marked it down to $43,922.
For a $3,000 down payment, they're offering me a monthly payment of $417 for 24 months. The US government gives a $7,500 tax rebate, which is why the MRSP is thousands lower I think? For leases, they say the residual value gets a bump up of about $4,000.
Until now, I haven't really found any other offers comparable to this one. But is $43,922 a fair price? Should I ask them to lower it to $42,922? I'm new to car buying so any help would be nice, thanks!
