So a week ago my BMW I Remote app on my iPhone stopped working and just says 100% charged. Doesn't let me precondition from the app or anything. I've logged out and logged back in, deleted the app then reinstalled, and still the same. I feel the car isn't submitting the signal back to the phone.

Any suggestions or thoughts on his to fix this?

1)Go into the connected drive menu in the car.
2)Hit joystick to the right a few times until a new sub menu appears.
3)select Update and wait for a message of success. Once done, log out and in again on the app.
4) to rule out network issues, as a last resort, move vehicle to known good cell signal area and try steps above again.
5) further failures require a call to Concierge.
 
IF all else fails, pull fuse F115 and replace it. Make sure you have the car off and not charging at the time. Tell the dealer...Do this at your own risk.
