Glad you worked it out! Strangely, I have an EME fault code and my dealer told me they cannot run software updates with the code present.

My eme wasn’t even waking up and they could flash it. It doesn’t sound right what they’re telling you. All of the modules go into a bootloader mode to update their main software. Where I wouldn’t flash is if it had a serious hardware error like a short circuit or something.
