Blue is BMW coolant.
The propulsion motor and EME, both near the left rear wheel, are cooled by a coolant. One of the coolant hoses or more likely the hose connections to the motor or EME could be leaking. Don't know whether the color of this coolant is the blue-green color in the photograph, but it seems likely. Check the coolant levels in the reservoirs under the screen on the right side of the frunk when looking into the frunk from the front of the car.

I doubt that the color of the fluid (oil?) in motor mounts is blue-green.

Any ideas as to what it could be? Motor mount going? Leak is very slow…
Motor mount fluid comes out black, but there's not a whole lot in there and it dribbles out slowly. What you've got on the driveway is far too much volume to be from a mount, and certainly the wrong color.

One more possibility to throw in the mix - there is also a windshield washer line that goes from the reservoir to the rear window. The pump in my 2015 Rex sprang a leak, and most of the water seemed to drip out somewhere around the middle of the car.

Short-term, maybe. However, there's a leak that should be fixed. It could worsen with the possibility of the propulsion motor and/or EME overheating and being damaged resulting in a very expensive repair.
Doesn't sound good.

You can probably borrow a coolant pressure tester from AutoZone. You just attach it to where your reservoir cap goes and pump up the pressure to a specific amount. Then look for where it's leaking.
