Favorite BMW Car Model of All Time

With the new BMW i3 electric car coming out and the new BMW i8 concept car on the horizon BMW is really putting out some awesome new cars to compete with the old classics. I was wondering what the all time favorite models are of the members here at the BMW i3 forum? If I had to pick I would choose the BMW M5 or M6. They have made various versions of these cars throughout the years and man can they perform. I would even settle for an M3 Whats your favorite BMW model?

Best looking BMW ever built has to be the 507.


Of the 6 we've owned my favourite was our 1990 535i. I sold it when we moved to Wales in 2008.

Our 2012 Z4 is a close second.

The i3 is the first BMW that I have been interested in. There are none here yet, but I can barely wait to go for a test drive and order mine.

I would have to pick my ActiveE. It's what got me into EVs...

Close second would be our X5... It was the first SUV I've driven that handled like a car, and not a truck.

I owned the E46 M3 SMG convertible and then switched to a C2S convertible for the past 3 years.

I am going to get the i3 as a daily driver and will keep the C2S for weekends.

I liked the E46 M3 a lot and drove it until the extended warranty expired. I put about 78K miles in 6 years. I have driven the 2010 M5, M6 and the Z4, but the E46 M3 is still my favourite BMW.
