Downgrading screen anyone have the original coding?

Hey everyone! I’m getting my i3s ready to sell as my Tesla Model 3 is coming soon. I just removed my RoadTop CarPlay unit and I’m going back to the original smaller screen as well, so that I can sell the RoadTop unit and larger screen separately. I just don’t remember what the original BimmerCode settings were and all the guides only mention what to change the settings too.

Could someone with the smaller screen confirm the Display Resolution and Display Variante for the small screen 2015-2017?

BimmerCode stores backups of past configurations. If you know when you made the coding changes to install the larger screen, you could restore the backups saved just before you installed the screen. Or you could just restore the earliest backups (one per module) since you're selling the car which should result in the default configuration defined by BMW.

Hi Zachb911! Did you first change your display before adding the RoadTop CarPlay unit? I added the RoadTop CarPlay unit and now trying to upgrade to a later display. Does not seem to work? Thanks.

Got it. Disconnected the RoadTop CarPlay unit, connected the 10.25" display. Then coded for the larger display and connected the RoadTop CarPlay. The larger display works now.
