Agree that ActiveE ability to set charge time was much preferable to current time range. I allow six hours to charge, between midnight and 6 am, and find the car did not charge perhaps 30% of the time. Cannot account for the variation. I have now increased the time allowed to eight hours to see if it makes a difference. Will report back.

I also have reported this issue to dealer, asking for assistance, with no response. Can only conclude that dealers are not sufficiently prepped to handle these questions. Wouldn't it make sense on this new technology to have website, call center, or similar by manufacturer's experts to answer the multiple questions that arise?
