Is anyone else having problems with their connected services or iremote app?
On Friday I notice that after I sent a command to precondition my car, the app never showed the service as being completed and in turn locked me out of sending or scheduling anything thereafter. After trying to log out and back in, I found that the system wouldn't allow me to log back in. This lead to a call to SOS and they reset my account, but I still couldn't log in. Finally this morning, I called SOS back and was told the entire connected services system was down and they didn't know how long it would take to repair.
