7 recalls.
Fire risk.
Our bmw i3 rEx caught fire while driving.
I do not believe in coincidences.
I see a lot of posts about other burnt Bmw i3 rEx.
BMW endangered my family by not making those recalls known to us.
I now ask every BMW i3 owner whose car went up in flames to please contact me with a detailed description of what happened to their car, including photos.
Please email me at
[email protected]
Thank you!
UPDATE:
CLASS ACTION - Pursuant to EU Directive 2020/1828 as transposed.
Please note, the European Union Directive 2020/1828 now allows for CLASS ACTION.
I have now rolled the snowball, requesting various Qualified Entities, including cross-border ones to initiate legal action against BMW.
If you want to enroll in this class action, please email me at
[email protected] with as much detail as possible as regards your ownership of a BMW i3.
You may not have to have been affected by fire in order to be eligible for participation in the class action.
The structure of the BMW i3 made of Carbon Fibre reinforced PLASTIC. The UN regulations on materials flammability require that a risk assessment is carried out. Where such risk assessment was carried out, the installation of "suicide doors" and the positioning of front seatbelts on rear doors may render the BMW i3 a veritable mobile crematorium in the event of a frontal collision resulting in unconscious front passenger and driver where the vehicle catches fire.
This issue is one that affects all BMW i3 owners.
In addition, the BMW i3 doesn't appear to be equipped with an oil pressure sensor to show a loss of pressure in the event of sudden oil loss.
Furthermore, the BMW i3 doesn't appear to be equipped with any form of telematics emergency call in the event of fire.
Our BMW i3 didn't show any warning whatsoever when it caught fire.
