Help! My car is down to 12%. I plugged it last night so it would start charging this morning (I have solar panels). I got a message on my App the car failed to start charging.
I went to check it out. My ChargePoint system appears to be working. It blinks blue when I plug it into the car.
On the car side, the car blinks yellow once, blue once, and then blinks yellow for several minutes. Then I get a message that the car failed to charge.
I purchased this car from a dealer in January. So, it is new to me. This is the first time I have had problems charging the car. I have read that sometimes the car won't take a charge if the 12 volt battery is bad. Since, the car is new to me. I don't know if I still have the original 12 Volt battery.
Does anyone know what is wrong with it? Or go I need to take to the dealer?
