10.25" Display

I added hardware to my 2017 BEV to have CarPlay capability. Now I wanted to upgrade my display to 10.25" and bought one from Ali Express and the OBD scanner and Bimmercode to get this working. However, Bimmercode does not show the Display option. Looks like the CarPlay hardware is interfering with it.
How can I make my 10" display work? Has anybody done this, please?

Got it. Disconnected the RoadTop CarPlay unit, connected the 10.25" display. Then coded for the larger display and connected the RoadTop CarPlay back. The larger display works now.

To make your 10.25" display work with CarPlay, disconnect its hardware temporarily to avoid interference. Then, use Bimmer code to detect and configure the new display without the CarPlay module connected. Once configured, reconnect the CarPlay hardware. If issue persist, consulting a specialized automotive electronics technician they may offer more tailored solutions.
