Site issues - slow, or won't load at all

Is there a date that we can count on for a reliable website so I don't have keep checking on whether the present site is working?

    Thanks for the update.

Failure to stop completely (without brake)?

No worries, mine creeps too. Just apply the emergency brake when it creeps. No need to release ebrake, just apply throttle.

Can't program Homelink Garage Door Opener

Mine works fine. If you have a rotating code actuator, it's a two step process. First is programming using the remote that came with the opener, then programming with the button on the actuator.

    Engine mount broken

Your car's drive train has something out of spec or alignment. I have 4000 miles on mine with no problems, and there aren't many reports of broken bolts.

    Mine is Comcast.

    Forum performance

I've been noticing spotty performance the last couple of days. From not being able to log on to slow performance. Anyone else experiencing this?

Anybody RENEWING their Sirius XM Contract?

I know I'm in the minority, but I think XM is total crap. The programming and overcompression are just intolerable to me. I had a lifetime contract in an Aston, and never listened to it. Most cars bundle the receiver with other options because they get a big incentive from. Sirius XM. I wish...

    tires prone to puncture?

I think another driving habit can contribute to more flats. Some folks (wife) likes driving closer to right shoulder, where all the road hazard crap accumulates. Tough habit to break.

Zero pedal driving - anyone else done this?

It does read and interpret speed limit signs.

    tires prone to puncture?

None here, 6 months 4000 miles. 19" wheels with all season tires.

Today might be the day - things to check before signing?

Any dealer will service your car and provide updates. Just relax, forget about checking all those things......you're going to buy the car anyway if you love it. You can deal with the other things later.

    Engine mount broken

I am willing to guess this will end in a recall while the numbers are small, and it's in design now.

    BMW iCharging station install price.

Most electricians in my area subscribe to a national service that specifies how much to charge for services performed. I think it's BS, but that's how they work. In my case, he only had to punch through a garage wall to provide 240vac, but I was charged this "standard" charge for the EVSE...

    BMW iCharging station install price.

I'm in NorCal, unit was $500 and install was $500.

US owners: ConnectedDrive portal is open

What do they charge for the service? There is no pricing info for apps or services.

BMW: dont try to fix whoop-whoop with new parts

You could wash and dry them, hoping for some shrinkage. ;)

BMW: dont try to fix whoop-whoop with new parts

Woodlandhills, there are people on this forum that actually want the 20" wheels. Why not trade them? I have the 19" wheels that have proven to be silent in all situations. Problem solved.
