Which car wash products do you use?

Hi!!! I’m a new I3 REx Lover! I bought Bailey I3 at the end of this past October. He’s had only two details (broker and dealership) and one drive-thru (that I don’t care for).

Bailey I3 is a Base 2014 model that had only 27k miles so I grabbed him at $14k!!! Great deal, eh!!!

Anywhoo, he’s my fourth BMW and I love him. So I want to give him the best care possible. With all this carbon fiber stuff, windows, etc, etc, etc., what are the best cash washing products to keep him spiffy?

Picture attached: don’t mind my daughter, which leads me to share that Bailey I3 carried all of her luggage with total comfort. Not to mention we’re both 6’2” so we were happy to fit nicely.

I use Meguiar's Gold Class for the soap.

With a microfiber car wash mitt. Dry with microfiber towels.

And follow up with wax. Not every wash because the wax last so long.

I (over)paid for a ceramic coat at the dealer on my 2018 REX. I was happy with the overall price, regardless.

Since I've gotten the car, all I've needed to do is go to a spray car wash, hit the tires and fender wells with soap, then spray the rest of the car with water only. Wipe down with microfibers, otherwise it water spots horribly.
